Danny Lampkin [Nashville, TN] / I was in the Air Force as a Crew Chief (B-52 and B-1) from May 1986 to May 1995. Because the B-1 was at the time only in 4 locations, my assignments were limited. I was stationed in North Dakota for 7 years and Wichita for 2, but was able to travel around the US quite a bit for support of Air Shows. I met my wife, Melinda while in North Dakota, she was in Macon, GA and we met through a mutual friend. We got out and moved to Nashville wh re we live now. I?ve been working as a Programmer since graduating Middle Tennessee State University in 1998. I currently work for NaviTech, HR Solutions, based out of Duluth, GA. We have no children, but are adopting from Russia and will hopefully have our child by the end of 2006.

Main occupation has been beach bum, taking care of my Husband & volunteering with children who are hearing impaired at the local schools in Tulsa & Grand Cayman. We where on the Island of Grand Cayman when Hurricane Ivan came thru in September of 2004. We where lucky, but had to do without running water for 6 weeks & w/o electricity for 3 months - sure puts perspective into your life about what really matters. We have made it thru all that & are working our way back to Tulsa to live on a more permanent basis, at least until our next adventure.

William "Bill" Blackwell / I joined the Army in 1988. Served in both wars, deployed 7 times. Also served 2 tours of Korea without my family for a total of 2 years. I've been around the world & have served in Germany, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Hungary, Kuwait and Korea. My job in the Army is to fix and repair the PATRIOT missle defense system. Currently a Platoon Sergeant with 30 Soldiers in my Platoon. I met my wife when I was stationed at Fort Bliss n El Paso, Texas. I have a 13 yr old son, and a 5 yr old daughter. I have spent about a third of their lives away from home. I will be retiring from the Military in August, 2008. If anyone remembers me, please email me. I am beginning to learn how important our past is to our future. Although we cannot let it hurt us, it can let us grow! We were what we have been, but we are what it has taught us. With this said, I would like to say to all of my fellow 1988 graduates, I am here. I hope each and everyone of you are doing well in this thing called life. Although I know that some of us did not know as much of each other as we would have hoped, I truly feel that we do have some type of connection. We must look back with pride and know that some of those days, were really the best days of our lives. Eddie and I are back in Owasso, after 11 years of marriage. Wow, am I that old? No way, I must only be pushing 25years (not)!! I am still working at American Airlines Vacations, these past few years were tough, but we made it through. I was actually in the air, on a business trip on 9-11-02, on my way to St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, when the terrorist attacks hit. I only made it to Chicago when we were grounded. I thank God that my plane was safe from evil! I truly wish you all the best, I hope you have something solid to believe in, and most of all have fun! Hope to see you soon.
